Many young people enter Neulabs with a 6-month internship contract, during which they can begin to learn about our business, confront concrete projects and contribute actively. At the end of the internship, those who show commitment, curiosity and initiative have the opportunity to continue with an apprenticeship contract (24 to 36 months), a period during which they continue to train, gradually take on more responsibilities and become an integral part of the team. 

At the end of this path, the transition to a permanent contract is a natural progression, often accompanied by direct responsibility for strategic projects or, in many cases, independent management of a brand.

Significantly, more than 80 percent of our interns are confirmed and embark on tangible and accelerated growth within the company.
In addition, Neulabs is an international and multicultural environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in the UK, Germany and Spain, on projects not only in Italian but also in English. This will allow you to develop soft skills, broaden your professional vision and grow in an open, dynamic and innovation-oriented environment.
