Job Description

You will be part of the team running one of our international brands. You will be in charge of:

🔹 Analysis and growth strategy

🔹 Operational support (suppliers, product launches, expansion)

🔹 Pricing and competitive analysis

🔹 KPI and performance management with BI tools

🔹 Financial analysis and budgeting

🔹 Supply chain and process optimization

What we are looking for:

✔ Passion for digital and e-commerce

✔ Entrepreneurial approach and “doer” mindset

✔ Analytical skills and critical thinking

✔ Fluent English

✔ Presence in Milan (smart working 2 days/week)

✔ Excellent communication skills
