Neulabs business model

Neulabs is an e-commerce company with over €30 million in annual revenue, 70% of which comes from abroad, mainly from the European Union and Great Britain. Over 30% of the team (approximately 70 people) works remotely from various European countries. Neulabs has two different lines of business: (i) management of proprietary brands, which sell exclusively online through the brand's direct e-commerce platform, Amazon, and other marketplaces; and (ii) consulting and Amazon account management services for traditional companies with well-known brands sold mainly through physical channels.

Neulabs owns a series of consumer product brands, sold exclusively online.

The products are sold on the brand's e-commerce site, on Amazon, and on other marketplaces. The brands are growing thanks to geographical expansion and expansion of the product range.

Approximately 70% of revenues are generated abroad, with Germany as the leading country in terms of revenues. In terms of product categories, Neulabs has brands in the textile, food, pet food and pest control, hobby and DIY, home and gardening sectors.

Each brand is managed by a Business Manager, who is responsible for the brand's income statement. In order to monitor and grow its brands, Neulabs has dedicated marketing teams for each sales channel (DTC e-commerce site and Amazon), with over 25 marketing professionals. It has also developed proprietary technology for e-commerce management, logistics flows, and dashboards and BI for monitoring brands, individual products, sales channels, and competitors.

In managing its own brands, Neulabs has developed specific in-house expertise in online sales channel management, created marketing teams for each sales channel, and developed proprietary technology.

This expertise is also used to support traditional companies with well-known brands that want to improve their online sales using Amazon's consulting and Amazon channel management services.
